Bus from Southern Cross station in the centre of Melbourne to the main Melbourne airport
Bus arrives often, around every 10 to 15 minutes at peak times, and takes the motorway for most of the route so it usually arrives on time. It takes a slightly longer route than it did previously at the moment due to some roadworks but still arrived at the airport in under 30 minutes.

Melbourne Airport bus for Southern Cross to Airport and return
Airport Bus was great, it arrives frequently, usually every 10-15 minutes, and gets to the airport from Southern Cross station in under 30 minutes at most times. Purchasing it using ExperienceOz in advance meant I didn't have to waste time purchasing it at the counters or machines they have, which can be annoying when you are carrying some luggage. Just print or save on your phone the voucher provided after purchase, this is what is scanned by the driver or ticket checker.

A return ticket from SkyBus, is convenient and it's the same price if you buy on SkyBus' official website.
The usage is the same as the ticket if you buy on SkyBus' official website, but you might have a discount on Experience Oz website. The streamlined process of purchasing and the Skybus itself is the best way (fast, frequent buses, economic) to reach Melbourne airport from the city CBD.

Awesome adventure you must try and go, I loved it.
This place is incredible! Visiting from the States, of course the animals are nothing like I've ever seen before. That alone is amazing in and of itself. However, the layout and landscape were truly spectacular. Nothing like you would get from a zoo or aquarium at home. I felt my inner child come out and be thrilled at all the animals in a very natural habitat. The staff was terrific and knowledgeable. I loved how spread out and open all the habitats are. The kangaroos were available to feed and pet (not the joeys!).

Awesome way to get to the airport of you live outside of melbourne
I think this is the absolute best way to get from the Melbourne airport to either the city or St Kilda if you select the city option you can grab a connecting train from the bus to your destination the bus is excellent as there is no train from Melbourne airport
